Shipping is Free Australia Wide.
Shipping Locations.
We send products to all locations across Australia.
As our packages are large, sometimes we cannot deliver to a PO Box, in which case we will contact you to seek an alternative address.
Shipping Services.
We use multiple shipping services, depending on your location, items, size of bookings, and expected delays. We use local team members to deliver some parcels and only work with companies who are able to work through the COIVD-19 pandemic.
Process and Timeframe.
We allow 3 Business days from the time of order until the time of booking for dispatch. Each item is made to order, tested, and then packed in house. Once booked and dispatched you will get a dispatch notification and receive a tracking number. As we manage to manufacture your orders within a couple of days 90% of all orders arrive within 1 week of ordering. As we are based out of Ballarat shipping collection and distribution remain unaffected by the current Victoria lockdowns.
The orders that don't arrive within a week of the order being placed will usually arrive within a week from dispatch, we are unable to control this process as we rely on our courier services.
We ship with TNT and Sendle 90% of the time.
Receiving your Order.
We provide your mobile and shipping address attached to your order to our delivery services. We do ask that drivers always call if they have any trouble delivering your package, or no one answers the door. However, with third-party couriers, we cannot guarantee that this will be done.
You can make a note of any particular delivery instructions when you place your order and this information will be passed onto our courier services.
