Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, or packaging of similarity.
To start a return, you can contact us at fbf@formimagination.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to work with us on retuning your product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We work hard to ensure the products arrive with you in perfect condition. Before they leave the shop, they are fully tested, cleaned and packed well. All of our products are handmade and thus have a human element. Also, our delivery service is run by humans, and as such we realise that from time to time mistakes can happen.
If you receive of have received a product from us with a defect, we will replace it as soon as we can. If the product you have received is still in working condition you can use it until the replacement arrives. You won’t be charge if it gets back to us in a used condition in such a case.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you think your product is faulty. We will arrange to dispatch your new products and liaise with you about collecting the product with the issue.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can edit the issue and make it right ASAP.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
