What are the gift card terms & conditions?
Shoppers and users of furniture are unique, with an individual style that sets them apart from the crowd. Which is why sometimes, it’s better to let them pick their own furniture items. Any gift card purchased online will expire 36 months from the date of issue. They can be redeemed only through our Formed by function Store. *These cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. No refunds, store credits or cash will be provided for unused balances. Remaining balances on the card will only be available before the expiry date. Once the expiry date is reached, all remaining balances become unavailable. Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. Products purchased with a gift card are still subject to the 14 return policy.
